JOB OVERVIEW
As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in engaging key stakeholders, including employers, service providers, local and national government, and the communities we serve. Your mission will be to amplify our clients brand. You'll drive marketing campaigns throughout the stakeholder lifecycle, from acquisition to retention to partnership building. Moreover, you'll curate local marketing initiatives and tailored communications for our branches, specifically in Manchester.
Role & Responsibilities
Proven experience in creating successful B2B marketing campaigns. Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to varying demands. Proficiency in remote work tools and digital communication channels. Excellent presentation design and writing skills for diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Creative thinking and fresh perspectives to achieve optimal results. Proficiency in MS Office software. Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders. Experience in video production and/or agency management. Academic or professional qualification in marketing, journalism, communications, business administration, or a related field.
Requirements & Qualifications
Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting employers, government decision-makers, and influencers in the employability industry. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, success stories, and value propositions. Incorporate government messaging and objectives into campaigns, aligning with employer needs. Research and create thought leadership content, guides, and articles in collaboration with experts in the business. Enhance CRM capabilities to elevate stakeholder communications. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications. Stay ahead of industry trends and employ new channels to maintain our competitive edge. Collaborate with government stakeholders to align marketing efforts and explore joint promotions. Stay informed about government policies, regulations, and priorities, adapting strategies accordingly.
